How many times did you finish work feeling bad about something, only to realise the next day that everything was actually fine? It happens to all of us all the time, and the surprise is that it's not difficult to reduce this day-to-day stress.

How I use with my team

We have a ritual; we call it: The 17:00. End of the day, every day at 17:00, we vote how we feel about the workday.

Right after the vote, we start a conversation about why we feel the way we feel. The vote is, of course, anonymous. You have to practice your poker face but don't worry; you get better with time. :)

Our weekdays are like a rollercoaster, but as long as we are grounded and know where we stand, everything is ok.

Lift each other's mood

Regardless if you feel good or bad, it's important to take a moment to reflect together with your team on how everybody feels about the day. You see a different perspective that helps you adjust how you feel about your day.

ShareFeels at work

ShareFeels helps you by eliminating the awkwardness of difficult conversations. After the votes, everyone can see the reality—you can't deny it—people feel in a certain way. Happy or sad, it's an objective conclusion.

And all this in just a few seconds or minutes?

Having a mini-retro at the end of a difficult day takes only 10-15 minutes, and it's worth every minute. We always feel much better in the end.

Plus, this 17:00 ritual creates a stronger bond between us, making it easier to work together.
